ROMAN HOLIDAYS

This villa in the EUR district has the great advantage of being twenty minutes away from the city center, allowing owners, a Russian couple, the opportunity to enjoy the outdoor spaces of the lush garden as well as the easily reachable beauty of ancient Rome. The property is the result of the division of a former residence of 1000 square meters. The different functions are spread over two floors: the ground floor provides a large living area composed of kitchen and living room overlooking the terrace which leads then to the garden, entrance and bathroom plus a service area that includes laundry room, garage and a small, functional apartment for the caretaker. The first floor consists of two bedrooms, each with closet area and private bathroom. This project is a work in progress but the guiding principles are space, light and a few splash of color.
